MONTGOMERY PLACE
Renovation of C.P.H. Gilbert Romanesque Revival brownstone
in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for filmmaker, producer and their young
children. Goal was to combine classic and whimsical modern
elements. Restored facade, converted to high-tech heat and
plumbing systems, tore out Victorian renovation and brought
back curves to the walls per original design, to optimize light.
